Hot Chocolate
(Makes 2 cups)

Ingredients

660ml Koko Barista Milk
4 rows of vegan chocolate or 37.5g
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Vegan marshmallows to top

method

1. Heat Koko Barista Milk in a pan.
2. Add salt and cinnamon and mix.
3. Break up chocolate directly into the pan and let it melt, stirring constantly.
4. Once fully melted and incorporated, pour into two mugs and top with marshmallows.
